Refunds & Returns
At ProDentMarket, we take hygiene and safety seriously. For this reason, returns are only accepted if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, or if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and product photos to request a return.
We do not accept returns on used or opened items, or products that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (such as toothbrushes or surgical tools). If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If the issue is from our side, we’ll cover the return shipping. However, if the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
